I came here earlier and had a wonderful experience with the female staff. This time, however, a male barber trimmed my hair, and the experience was disappointing. He was unusually rude. When he asked, “How was your day?” I couldn’t hear him clearly because of the noise around, so I responded with how I wanted my haircut. He gave me a strange look and said, “I asked about your day!!” then kept making comments like, “Have you never had a haircut before?” and “Don’t you know when to turn your head?” At that point, I just didn’t feel comfortable letting him continue, so I left. All I expect is a little respect. I could hear other staff members interacting with customers politely, so I know this isn’t how everyone there behaves.

Very slow. The owner stands there at her chair like she’s going to to hair cuts but just yaps away. Two barbers cutting hair and one just leaves. There were a lot of people waiting and nothing said. Poor customer service

The ladies there are great, I'm bad with names, but I was at the first chair closest to the door and window and the young lady did an amazing job on my hair and beard. I always worry about stray hairs around my ears, but she left none. Thank you so much for making sure everything was even and cleaned up. I'll be seeing you again next time I need my hair cut and my beard trimmed. I did only tip $6 and feel bad because she did such a great job, I should have left more.... I will next time..... PS This was not my first or second trip, I've gone to the south-end barbershop for years, but have just now chosen to leave my experience and recommendation.

I came in on a Friday about 2 pm I didn't wait long for a haircut which was great What wasn't great was1 of the barbers had their 2 small children there while on the job that did nothing but scream 😳 and the whole time I was there This is just simply unprofessional and I won't be returning

If I could I would leave zero stars. I just moved here so I called to ask about policies and they said first come first serve and cash only. Great, I drove straight there, signed in and sat down to wait. There were 2 barbers there working on customers and 3 waiting when I sat down. The first 2 finished and the next 2 sat down. The third customer waiting left leaving me next. The barbers both cleaned their stations for about 5 minutes and then a mother came in and signed in her son. They took him next but I figured no big deal, I’m a father and I remember what it’s like. Then when she finished with him another customer came in, signed in, and was then greeted and seated before me. Everyone but me was known and greeted by the staff. I waited 40 minutes, was never greeted, or even looked at.
