My experience at this location has been incredibly frustrating. I tried to cancel my membership in the past because I was being charged for months despite not going, and they refused to cancel over the phone since I was out of state in college. I was being charged monthly and never going and they wouldn’t give me a refund. I had even reached out to South Beach Tanning Company’s corporate office when I couldn’t resolve the issue with the store’s management. When I visited on Wednesday night, the staff at the front desk were not only dismissive but accused me of lying, insisting there was no record of my contact with corporate, despite the emails I have to prove it. The ladies are always kind and knowledgeable. They actually take the time with you in regards to lotion and beds as well as time you should go. As tanning isn't a one size fits all, they always base their recommendations off of your skin color, tanning frequency and always ask questions before deciding which bed fits best. they're clean and kind and I appreciate them so much.

Love this location!! I’ve been going since 2019 and highly recommend them. Hali, Justina, Juliana and the rest of the staff are awesome!! I always get a spray tan and EVERYONE always compliments on how it looks. Can’t say enough good things about them!

My sister, who has been trying to cancel her membership, informed the staff that she had already contacted South Beach Tanning Company’s corporate office 2 years ago due to unresolved issues with the store’s management. Instead of being met with understanding, she was accused of lying, with staff insisting they could see all interactions in their system, despite her having email correspondence from corporate. When I asked questions to understand why the cancellation couldn’t be handled over the phone, the staff gave us unwelcoming looks and stated that they would have handled it differently if it had been done in person, suggesting there is no clear process in place for cancellations over the phone,

Redbug lake has pretty bad customer service. I agree with the people who have met the blonde girl in the front. She really makes you not want to go back. I canceled my membership because of her tried it again 3 months later she was still there so I only bought one session and will find anywhere else to go
