I went in early June to cancel my membership, signed all the paperwork and was told I had up until July 1st to keep tanning since I had already been charged on June 1st for the month. I noticed on July 1st I was charged for another month. When I went to have my money refunded since I had canceled in June, they told me that’s not how it works and that when you cancel they’re still going to charge you for another month. Literally makes zero sense. Why would I be charged for ANOTHER month when I had already paid for the previous month and wanted to cancel moving forward?! Was then told I would have had to cancel a whole month earlier. So you’re telling me I would have had to cancel in May so that I wouldn’t be charged for June and July? Will never come back or suggest this place to anyone. *

Best of the best places in Wilton Manors! Never a pale moment. Not only do I love the cleanliness and atmosphere of this tanning salon, but management and staff are stellar in customer service. Desiree and Hannah you feel welcome every time you tan. The booths are well-maintained. The bulbs are always fresh. My first session after many years of being a pale ghost gave me a nice warm glow and now that I’ve been a complete tanning addict I look and feel healthier. Without the harmful rays of the sun. Even my dermatologist said “you don’t really get cancer from tanning boot nowadays. You really get it from when you laid out as a child with baby oil and iodine” hey, you’re going to get some exposure anyway living in Florida with a limited ozone layer. So why not skip the damaging rays and come

I’ve been coming here on and off for years, and overall, it’s been fine. The location is convenient, and I usually don’t have to wait for a bed. It’s around $70 a month for me, so if cost matters to you, keep that in mind. One thing to know: they won’t let you tan unless a full 24 hours have passed. I went on my birthday and got turned away because I was 30 minutes early from the day before. I get it if that’s the rule now, but it was never mentioned or enforced before.

I don't write reviews often, but this place deserves 5 stars thanks to their super helpful staff. Jaime was very knowledgeable about all things that SB tanning has to offer. She listened to what I was looking for with my tan and explained how mixing a bed with a spray would be most beneficial. She helped me choose the best lotion for my session to optimize my tan. Would definitely recommend this location.
