South Beach Tanning Company

I’m giving 5 stars because Samantha was amazing. I was shopping around for a new tanning salon. Stopped by south beach tanning. Met Sam and she was great. She is a true Girls girl and because of her South Beach tanning will be my go to tanning salon. She is knowledgeable, professional, welcoming and patient! I appreciated her service today!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Other than the girl at the front desk, who's absolutely amazing, I love her, and she's only doing what corporate says to do. The beds are dilapidated. The beds that are supposed to be "better", are so old, the start button is pushed all the way through and they have to start the bed from the desk, so if your not undressed, the bed will start without you in it. THEN I cancelled my membership, and was still charged for three months after, I speak to the owner, I guess, a bout a month ago, n she never told me I had to go in to cancel, and proceeds to charge an additional month, so I wrote the company again, angry that I have now paid 4 months without tanning. Someone calls n says ok qe are cancelling now, and then the owner calls me and confirms it'

Love walking in to South Beach the atmosphere is inviting very clean. All the employees greet you with a hello and are very knowledgeable about promotions, and can answer any questions you have. Sam knows at least 80% of the customer's by name! I won't go anywhere else.

Not only am I bronzed and get complemented all the time. But the girls that work the front desk are incredibly helpful when I ask questions on each bed. Today Samantha explained the difference between each bed. This place is filled with good energy and superb customer service. 10/10 stars

I have been coming here for 2 years now and love it! No matter how long I go in between tans Sam always remembers my name and is so kind. Great bed selection and super clean. 10/10
