I canceled my tanning membership over the phone in December and was clearly told it was handled and that my card would no longer be charged. I took them at their word. Months later, I walked back in and was told that none of that “cancellation” ever actually happened on their end. They had continued billing my account the entire time. When I received a new credit card in the mail and my numbers changed, the charges didn’t magically stop — they just kept stacking the balance internally and then tried to present me with a $140 past due bill. I asked how that was even possible when I canceled in December. Their response? “Do you remember who you spoke to?” Yes, I did. Of course, I’m then told she no longer works there. Convenient. It was sent to a manager, who called and offered to refund

I was planning on signing up for a membership here after my wife recommended this tanning salon, but after watching how her account was handled, I’ve completely changed my mind. She called and canceled months ago and was told it was taken care of, yet the charges kept piling up anyway. Then instead of taking full responsibility, they only offered a partial fix and expected her to just accept the rest. That is not how you treat customers. If a business can’t honor a cancellation and keeps billing until a card changes, that’s a serious trust issue. We were both ready to spend money here long term, and now we will not be stepping foot back in this salon.

I called to ask about memberships etc , because I’m new to the area , got hung up on first time second time two girls were giggling ,all I want is a spray tan and to ask about memberships running an establishment like that , you might want to hire a new crew considering the comments made not just by me but other ladies experiences aswell , Nobody should feel uncomfortable to call or walk in because there’s girls acting like teenage bullies!! That’s not a way to run a business , and there should be a zero tolerance when it comes to the work place,anyways extremely unprofessional to hang up on someone considering I’m trying to become a paying customer!! I guess you people don’t like business much and don’t care about having quality customers !!!

This establishment is top notch! Their staff, especially Ashley is incredible. She is always extremely friendly, professional and most importantly, helpful! She makes our experience wonderful every time! Thanks Ashley, & South Peach!

Employee gave me miss information about tanning package. No big deal call got refund girls were super nice. Talked to the Manage Kayla/Makayla whatever.....super short and rude. Unfortunately I will NOT return due to my interaction with her. Too bad....hope owner sees this.
