I had an amazing experience during my first visit! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere at South Bay Spa was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. Stephany was especially helpful—she walked me through each step of the process, explained everything clearly, and patiently answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated how thorough she was. On top of that, the pricing was very fair for the quality of service provided. Overall, it was a professional, welcoming experience, and I’m so glad I chose them!

I really love this place! I started coming here for Botox ( or Dysport ?). I love how kind and friendly they all are, especially Stephany at the front desk. I have so far done Botox and laser hair removal. They have amazing deals where you can buy packages ahead of time as well. I didn’t really ever think of myself as a person who would go to a med spa consistently, but here I am going here on the regular.

I’ve been going to this location for quite a while and the customer service is top-notch . They are really knowledgeable on all procedures and And gentle . I definitely recommend the laser hair removal , I do a variant of a Botox can’t remember the name . I will be trying the micro needling in PRP soon, so I’m excited .

It was my very first time receiving a Botox treatment with Liz. She was wonderful, kind and informed about the procedure and products. Can’t wait to go back.
