My experiences at Sound Haven Vermont with Heide have been exceptional and spot on for multiple areas of healing. Heide is an educated, warm, intuitive, sensitive, experienced and natural healer. Her sound baths and bio tuning sessions are magical, rich, and deep, taking one to another level of consciousness. Her in-depth knowledge of body, mind, and soul, with the use of healing stones and gems create an atmosphere that is so natural and comfortable, all in a lovely, relaxing setting. Her continuous enthusiasm to learn new skills enhances her already rock solid practices, leaving a refreshed level of healing each visit! I always come away feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly enriched!

How grateful we are to have such a gifted healer in nearby Chelsea! I began seeing Heide for massage, which was exceptional, then tried her sound bath sessions, both privately and in groups, which are transformative—and certainly worth a try if you've never experienced them. I had a session today that combined both of these modalities and feel far more relaxed, uplifted and grounded as a result of my treatment. On a personal level, Heide is kind, welcoming and highly attuned, intuitively understanding how to address both physical and emotional challenges with ease and warmth.

Sound Haven is a truly special place for sound massage therapy. My favorite experience is the sound journey with stones and crystals. The physical relaxation is wonderful, but the deeper benefit is the sense of balance it creates between mind, body, and spirit. Heide is exceptional. She tailored the session to exactly what I needed, and her intuitive, personalized approach made all the difference. I highly recommend her.

Better Than A Physical Massage (And Therapy IMO)! I have had the opportunity and honor of experiencing 2 Biofield Tuning sessions with Heide. She is the best I have encountered. I choose a tuning session with her over conventional therapeutic massage every time. Her decades of kinesthetic experience with massage and energy work comes into play when she moves effortlessly from working with the tuning forks to holding pressure points in a way that is, for me, healing, even poetic.
