Sound Beauty

I was scheduled to have an appointment at 2pm for a wax. The same day at 11:40am, I received a text asking for my bang trim appointment to be moved because the stylist had “a change of plans”. I cancelled it all together. Just doesn’t seem professional.

This was my first visit to Sound Beauty. I went in requesting Kim to help correct a prior haircut. Knowing she had to be a bit creative in fixing what she had in front of her, she did a Fantastic job! I am very happy with the results! I plan on going back when I need it cut again. But more important than leaving with beauty hair, is the sense of feeling heard, seen, and understood. She took extra gentle care with my hair, and walked me through each process with expertise.
