This place is extremely unprofessional. If you don’t want to honor Groupon, then don’t offer it. There is no reason to treat customers rudely just because they are using a Groupon. When I received a call back, the woman spoke to me with a terrible attitude. How do you tell a paying customer that you don’t accept Groupon on weekends, and then the earliest weekday appointment isn’t available until October? By then, my Groupon will be expired. That is completely unreasonable and feels like a bait-and-switch. DO NOT go here. This business should be shut down. Look at the reviews—many people are saying the exact same thing. I will also be filing a report with Groupon because this location is taking advantage of customers. If you want a much better experience, go to Envy Massage instead.

I purchased 3 60-minute massages as gifts. I had been there before covid. The staff was polite and provided excellent service. I assume covid caused the owner to lay odmff staff. My daughter arrived 20 minutes early. No one was there. 8:50, a young lady pulled didn't speak and entered the building. My daughter waited 5 minutes, it's now 7:55 am called, no one answered. 8am I called and explained my daughter had been waiting and she called. She interrupted and said I don't open until 8am. I said we assumed you'd arrive earlier to prepare the room. Her response was that my daughter could come in. She barely spoke to my daughter. No wine or water was set out. I got a great massage at Soulful Spa. She really listened to what I needed and she worked my trouble spots very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend going here.

I purchased a 60 minute massage and 30 minute detox wrap for my girlfriend as gift. The voucher expiration was dated Nov 5 2024. We scheduled an appointment for October 24, we followed all directions provide in the text message that was sent to us by either scheduler or the masseuse. A few weeks later I was contacted by the masseuse stating that there was a need to reschedule the massage, I inquired if the Groupon voucher would be upheld as the dates of availability were after the expiration, I was assured that it would. A new text message was sent with instructions and confirmation of time date and services. The new appointment was set for November 12 at 11am.
