Sheila has been my massage therapist for years, and she is absolutely amazing. She is professional, highly skilled, and always respectful. She has an excellent sense of the right amount of pressure to truly relax your muscles. I also appreciate how she incorporates different techniques and tools, such as cupping, hot stones, tuning forks, and warm bamboo (my personal favorite!). The environment is also very relaxing and calming, which makes the entire experience even better. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional massage experience.

Shelia is the best! I started going to her about a year ago and am now seeing her every other week. She really takes the time to listen and pay attention to the areas that need attention. I feel as though she goes above and beyond and offers extra services & uses different tools that not all massage therapists include with their massages.
