Abby is so great at what she does! She made sure I was comfortable and informed before my session and I felt like a new person afterwards. We discussed how I was feeling before to make sure that the session was set up for success. Highly recommend!!

Abby is incredibly knowledgeable about the various tendons, muscles and ligaments. If you’re having any pain, she helps narrow down the issue, stretches you out and helps you narrow down the issue. Definitely give her a try!
