Always pleased with my experience at Sorelle. Carol is an excellent stylist and the full support staff is very welcoming and competent. Pleasant, relaxed environment.

First time going here and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Lena told me the *only* way to cut curly hair is with layers. I told her no, I do not want layers. She tried to convince me and again I clearly said no I do not want layers. She cut my hair and said, “Guess what? I gave you layers.” Never in my life have I felt so violated and disrespected as a customer. This wouldn’t be ok in any professional setting. On top of this, she was cursing and arguing with her co-workers and was very rude and belittling to the kind woman sweeping up the hair. Worst experience ever.

I've been a long time customer and every time I walk into Sorelle I feel like I'm visiting friends. It's warm, friendly and they do the best work in the area.

I THOROUGHLY ENJOY MY VISITS TO SORELLE HAIR STUDIO. THE SALON IS SO CLEAN AND WELCOMING AND DULCE DOES A FABULOUS JOB WITH COLORING MY HAIR!
