I had my men’s haircut with Lola, and it was a really good experience. She paid attention to the details, made me feel comfortable, and listened to exactly what I wanted. I was very happy with the result. The salon has warm and friendly atmosphere. They offered tea and coffee, which was nice. The customer service was great, and everyone was very welcoming.

I came here through their instagram page, and I met Tolyo, he is an amazing star stylist, his work is amazing and his customer service skills are on another level, He did my hair colour, highlights and hair cut and he did it from his heart. Which I really appreciate. And the receptionist is a beautiful souls as well, overall very welcoming environment. From now on I will come here

I remember I called them some time ago asking for a brow appointment. A simple. brow. appointment. The man who spoke to me on the phone (pretty sure he was the owner himself) just dryly said “we don’t have a brow master right now”. Didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience, didn’t explain when they were going to hire a new brow master, nothing. There was such an awkward silence for a moment because I was shook by how unprofessional that man was. Then he just hung up…. If you expect clients to choose your services then at least make sure you don’t ignore customer service. I wouldn’t be writing this review right now if you at least were nice. I told all my friends to avoid this place, they are overpriced for no reason anyway. And trust me, I tried tons of salons in my time, and this one do
