Sophie's Nails Spa

After showing the reference photo of the nails I wanted, I expressed multiple times that the final result looked nothing like what I had asked for. My nails were crooked, uneven in length, and overall poorly done. When I voiced my concerns, I was told it was because my fingers were crooked or that I wasn’t used to having my nails done both of which felt dismissive and unprofessional. When it became clear they weren’t receptive to my feedback, I calmly asked for the nails to be removed. Throughout the process, my hands were handled roughly, and during removal, my skin was cut. I understand accidents can happen, but allowing emotions to interfere with professionalism is not acceptable especially in a service-based business. Getting injured in the process is simply not okay. Sophie is so nice. Its very tranquil. Spa-like atmosphere. Kim did a very relaxing volcano spa treatment for me and Sophie treated Jim. Male friendly...so get those calluses done Guys!! Jim enjoyed very much!! I also had my eyebrows waxed to my satisfaction. Don't drive any further than yo I have to. Its all right here.

The nails looked great on hands! French manicure, I wanted it on my feet as well, man threw color charts in my lap and said no can do , u cut big toe nail will not match! I hated the color I was rushed into and I paid another company to redo toes! Same day! So 80 bucks later got a nail job!😜 this was only a paint job! No scrub dun and the music on the screen wanted me to get out of there!!!

I absolutely love my nails she did an amazing job and didn't hurry or shave my cuticle off. I will definitely be going back every month to get them changed thank you so much for the awesome experience

Such a cute place! I got a manicure and it was fantastic. The salon is small so make an appointment. I’ve been searching for a new nail salon and I’ve finally found it!
