omgosh, i had a great experience here! my mom started coming in when they first opened and renovated the place (which is is so beautiful inside) and i finally had the chance to come in today and it was one of my favorite nail experiences ever! it’s so clean and welcoming inside, and my nail experience was amazing. the couple that owns it did an amazing job on my acrylic set and took a lot of time and detail in making my nails perfect and my pedicure was just phenomenal. they are really sweet and personably and i could recommend this place enough. defined call ahead and make an appointment to ensure you get a spot since there’s own two nail techs and get ready for an amazing nail experience!

I’ve had the best experience at this new find. The salon is clean and well organized. The staff are courteous and have wonderful customer service skills. I’ve been there twice in one week. My first visit was to do my nails, which were done to my exact specification. My second trip was for a well needed pedicure. Sophia knew exactly what to do about an ingrown toenail. She took her time and got to the heart of the problem. You definitely have a new customer in me. I will tell anyone who will listen that they need to go to Sophia’s Nails & Spa in Millersville.

This is one of the best nail salons I have visited. The technician was very careful and detailed. The salon was clean and relaxing. I love my new nails.

I saw all the good reviews online and decided to try it out. Do not go here. I asked for an acrylic fill. The guy took a cuticle cutter and ripped off the top of the acrylic on my nails off. He ripped each of them off till i had no acrylic at the top and absolutely destroyed my nails. He then filled in the acrylic at the top and they were all lumpy and uneven. They did a messy job panting them. Never in my life going to many nail salons have they been ripped off with a cuticle cutter rather than being filed or drilled down. I do not recommend.
