Sophia's Be Glamourous Beauty Salon & Barber Shop

It’s disgusting that me and this place have such a similar name. I went there with one of my younger cousins and they were straight rude from the beginning. They bombarded my cousin with offensive “jokes” about her hair texture and then giggled about them when it was clear my cousin didn’t find them funny. The hair stylist then asked what exactly my cousin wanted and sighed heavily and said “wow ok” with her eyes wide. The whole time my cousin said she felt like the lady was yanking at her scalp and when asked the lady if she could take it easy the lady looked at her and ignored her. The plan was for me to go next after her but after seeing that freak show of a shop we ran out after paying.

They don’t listen to you. I tried to communicate with them about what I wanted and they still did their own thing, honestly ridiculous.
