Sophia Nails and Spa

I’m not sure why there are any bad reviews. I have gone to Sophia so many times and every time, my nails look so good and so clean. Sophia is super sweet and very accommodating. If you don’t like something about your nails, she will fix it right away no problem. Thank you for everything sassy❤️

Sophia is INCREDIBLE. She recreated my reference photo PERFECTLY and charged so reasonably! I’ve never been so happy about my nails- I drove a half hour to see her and the results were more than worth it.

I guess you get what you pay for. I was recommended to come here and was very disappointed. i scheduled my appointment for 1pm, and was told it was 1:30 pm. no problem, i will wait. by 2pm i was finally getting my nails painted. while waiting she was answering customer’s calls on speakers phone. The other girl tried to do my french manicure with a paint brush, not a nail brush, and after three tries, sophia took over. she left one of her clients to do mine, and she was very sloppy and rushed. as you can see in the photos, it looks fine from the front, but once i got home and took a closer look i felt like i wasted my time and money. although she was very kind, she did a very sloppy and lazy job. would never recommend and would never come back. take a look at the photos and tell me those lo

The wait time was ridiculous. 😒I had called ahead and was told to arrive at 11:30. I showed up five minutes early, yet waited about 45+ minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. After an hour, I only had the acrylics glued on—and then I was left sitting for even longer. It wasn’t until sometime around 2:00 that my nails actually got a design. The nails did turn out cute, but definitely not ‘wait 4 hours for a simple design’ cute…

Made an appt with my niece, went in they were completely over booked. Did my 7 year old nieces nails first then glued tips on mine the tips literally looked backwards and didn’t even cover the full length of my nail. They got super glue all over my fingers in the process. Then I was left to sit there for 30 minutes, my nieces nails already done.. while they talked loudly about sex and ex boyfriends. When I finally had enough I asked if they could just take them off and Sophia made a comment, my husband has more patience than me.. patience for what? Your bad service, bad job & bad etiquette in front of a child? I am leaving with glue and acrylic all over my fingers because they couldn’t even figure out how to get them off.
