Best place for massages, Sam is wonderful! I've been going there for about a year after trying other places and I will be staying. Customer service is always excellent, very clean and nice rooms, and well trained therapists. I also love that they offer community events, my husband and I recently attended their Valentine massage class and we learned so much! We even made our own massage oils after a thorough introduction to essential oils. They were so informative and took time to answer all of our questions. The price was very reasonable for everything they provided, we would have paid much more for all the knowledge we gained. We had an amazing time and will definitely sign up for more classes.

My wife is a client and she signed up for a Valentine's Day massage class for couples. Wow, what an amazing experience that was. Emily, Ruthie, and Jenny were absolutely fantastic. Learned about and made our own essential oil body oil and we learned hand-on (literally) massage techniques to perform on one another at home. To top it off, they had some good snacks and even wine! They were super knowledgeable and such fun to learn from. We are scheduled for a couples massage and I will be getting my first massage shortly after. Thanks for such a memorable and welcoming experience for us. You ladies are truly the best!

I was able to get my first massage from Soothing Sessions and it was fantastic! The lady who gave me a massage made me feel very comfortable the whole time and the pressure was perfect! Walked away so refreshed! My friend gifted me this gift certificate to use on an hour massage for my birthday! Will most definitely come back. The owner is very friendly, I was able to talk with her on a few occasions. Most recently they were at an event our company hosted. They gave out free massages during the event and Faith who did mine was wonderful! Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking to get a massage in the Lexington area. You won’t be disappointed. Be on the lookout for them around town as they plan on being at more events this year 🤍

I have been to Soothing Sessions, a few times, over the past few years. I always seem to get a massage when I “need” it, injury/stress/birthday. I do not go for maintenance, and that needs to change. This place is incredible, every time I come. Customer service, booking, pricing, and service are always the best. Very comfortable feel, from the moment you walk in, every time. Clean environment. Lots of support. Had Emily recently (who was incredible!) but everyone I have booked with has been great. Highly recommend.
