I booked a same-day appointment on a Sunday, which was convenient, and the check-in itself was uneventful. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill once I was taken to the massage room. The room immediately felt unprofessional. Instead of a calming scent, it smelled strongly of fresh paint, yet the wall directly in front of the table had visible foot marks and dirt streaks, which was confusing and off-putting. The massage table itself appeared makeshift—essentially a homemade setup rather than a standard professional table—and the face cradle was a small, novelty-style pillow.
