Soothing Massage

Disappointed and Won’t Be Returning I was really looking forward to a relaxing massage, but unfortunately the experience started off on the wrong foot. I was required to pay in full before the service even began, which felt impersonal and transactional. On top of that, there was a mandatory 30% tip minimum, which was not clearly communicated upfront. Tipping should reflect the quality of the service—not be imposed as a requirement before you’ve even received it. The overall process felt pushy and uncomfortable. For the price and policy, there are far better options elsewhere that respect the client experience from start to finish.

When I got there to pay with card they said $3 fee for card which I said that's fine. They also said the minimum tip is $20 which I was like ok. Usually massage places don't tell you how much to tip which I thought was strange but I guess they had ppl that tipped less. Massage was ok. Had better and had worse. Massage didn't start till 7pm as I looked at the clock before we started but then we were finished with 10mins to spare. I provided them my card while I went to the bathroom so I guess they started the clock at 6.46pm vs 7pm. I know for next time. Overall an ok massage. Nothing special.

I called up and booked an appointment for 5pm, and when i got there, the lady at front desk said they were not available. I explained to her that i had booked for 5pm appointment. She said i need to wait for 30 minutes. Thats ridiculous! They do not acknowledged the agreed appointment. Stay away from this place!

Very clean and one of the best therapeutic massages I've ever had. They were recommended by my Chiropractor.
