My regular stylist was not available. I selected Christina for a color refresh/change as I grow out blonde highlights. Christina listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to deliver as best she could. I was pleased with the end result. I also have naturally curly hair that is 3c. To finish off my style, I wanted a gentle blowout so I could wear a protective style for a few weeks. Because she listened so well, I asked her to dust up my hair cut. I recommend her.

I met Manny today for a transformation haircut and was greeting with huge warm smile and good energy. He made me feel comfortable and took time to understand what I wanted and provided great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. I appreciate his insight to do a root touch up before the highlights so that it would blend better. My hair had never looked better. Manny made me feel like a new person! I will definitely be returning to Soon Beauty Lab.

I had a terrible experience with this salon and will never return. I canceled my appointment a month in advance, yet they still charged me a $120 “no show” fee. When I called to ask why, the receptionist was rude, completely unhelpful, and actually hung up on me mid-conversation. Management is no where to be found, No one was willing to listen, fix the issue, or even pretend to care. The way they treat customers is unprofessional and disrespectful. If you value your time and money, go somewhere else.
