Don’t be fooled with the old lady’s charm that manages the store. . She is deceptive. I purchased a wig but didn’t get one I wanted and believed I was buying. She switched it for similar style and I tried to return it later the same day of purchase. . She quoted her no return policy and told me to bless someone else with it. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.. Consumers beware !!!!! STAY AWAY from this store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all 1/2 of the store does not have prices displayed so you have to ask the owner and she gives you a number off the top of her head. She (the owner) asked me several questions about what type of food I cook and serve my 10 year old daughter and basically called us fat in our faces. So VERY DISRESPECTFUL! I'll NEVER spend another dime here.

Returned here today to replace a $250.00 wig that I bought November of 2024. The owner was very very Nasty when she discovered that had tried on more than 4 wigs, I had traveled from Stone Mountain. Owner was not present when I purchased originally. Needless to say I highly don’t recommend this place!!! Please patronize our black beauty makers when you can. These people only want our money. I’m attractive and well educated!!!

I went into this beauty supply on Friday, the owner was very rude. I was looking at makeup which I have never bought from a beauty supply store. She said you’ve been wearing makeup all your life and don’t know what to get. I stopped her in her tracks, “you don’t know what I’ve been buying all my life lady.” She said I’m sorry and I proceeded to do my thing. I have shopped with her since 2012. I preferred to the Banks Road location and her son. I understand that nowhere and not everyday is always going well for business owners. We all know that the older we get; the more we speak out of term. Give the lady a break. Therefore, I let them know how they are going to talk to and treat me.
