My favorite local shop to buy all kinds of accessories. They have always been helpful and friendly. Fully stocked you never know what treasures you will find. It's my retail therapy!

Used to be my go to beauty supply store, but the manager or supervisor told his employee to “watch her” in-front of my face. You lost a loyal customer. I’m sorry you have people that steal but I’m not one of them 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

There was only one employee I enjoyed. The Asian man who seemed to be the manager was rude, disrespectful, sat there on his phone, and then proceeded to follow me and my mother around the ENTIRE store. Mind you I'm a struggling pregnant lady trying to walk around waddling....he would NOT stop staring and following us at legit every corner. It made me feel so unsafe and it was so unprofessional. I will never return to this store and certainly recommend you take your business elsewhere!

Expensive products, small variety, TERRIBLE customer service. We were having a group conversation about what brand of curly hair is best for BoHo braids, the person behind the counter was “offended” because I stated that they don’t have a wide variety of human hair. She basically told me to get out. Just go to the hair store in Ruskin, they’re way better.
