First time customer here and I will never go here again. Web site is a complete fabrication of their services. Came here for the hot towel shave. The older lady who was the only worker was dismissive, unfriendly and treated me like an idiot when I had simple questions about their services. Website made this place sound like a great place with detailed caring staff to help me look my best. What I actually got was a buzzer that in less than 4 minutes removed nearly my entire beard, zero styling, none of the special trimming or features. First swipe of the buzzer down to a half inch or less. The damage was done, I may as well let her finish. Did not even use scissors once! Was informed AFTER that the hot shave and towel features are only for the back of the neck??? Came highly recommended by

EXTREMELY disappointed in this establishment. Quickest 'chop job' I've ever seen. Sent my husband in and the older lady there didn't even acknowledge him, even though he was the only person in there. Shop was dead, so what's the problem? Extremely rude and dismissive when he didn't know exactly the guard length for his beard. Requested a haircut as well that she forgot then told him he didn't request one. Glad he didn't get it, because I'm confident she would have done a horrible job. Website offers NONE of what they advertise including hot towel/shaving cream. Treated him very rudely when he even asked, and shrugged when questioned about the Website services. Horrible place, horrible experience. I will be letting everyone know to BEWARE. If you care about your appearance at all, do NOT go

Great barbershop that offers veteran/first responder/senior discounts. I highly recommend.

My haircut request was simple, close on the side with 1 guard on the clippers and blend into the top. Somehow it came out uneven on the back & sides then followed the curve of my head to the top with patches of longer hair on top. Luckily my hair grows fast and it's almost Halloween. I'll just say it was part of my costume...maybe even out the sides and say I was Grandpa Simpson. TLDR, worst haircut I ever paid for, I have cut my own hair with better results.
