Sonia's Traditional Hair Braiding

Please save your money and time & just go somewhere else. I was charged over $290 for some alleged kinky twist. I sent over a picture I wanted & I was told the price would be $240 I go and get my hair washed for an extra $20 (was suppose to be 15) the people that washed my hair barely blow dried it which cause Sophie to yank on my head the whole service. I then was charged an extra $20 because THEY DIDN’T have the hair for the style that I made the appointment for. I was never told to bring my own hair. They ended up getting the wrong hair and I hate my hair. The I was charged an EXTRA $10 for Apple Pay fees!!!! I reached out to the owner and was offered a free touch up I responded that I’m unsatisfied with my hair, why would I want a free touch up????? I wanted all black but because Sophi

firstly, my appointment was at 6:30, she was one hour late. Not even a discount or nothing. Secondly when she was doing my hair, pieces of my hair were sticking out and it was frizzy and so noticeable. 3rd my hair was braided SO tight. Forth the lady was talking bad about my family and I in there language and my cousin understood some of it. Also my cousin came to get her hair done as well and she has red hair, they provided pink hair and was telling her that the hair matched her color and was trying to convince her that it matched. It didnt. Also, a peice of my hair wasnt included in the braid when they were done and all you see at the back is the peice of hair not included. Also the lady doing my sisters hair was free parting and not doing straight parts and they kept switching to people

First let me say I been to them several times never had issues. However this time around was different! Appointment was at 9:30 they didn’t start on my head until 11 smh. Also my boho bob is not the best. The braider that did them made the actual braids look lumpy and the parting is weird. The length itself is not bob, longer than I expected. I recommend going elsewhere for boho bob, it’s not their specialty.

At first I planned to give this sho the benefit of the doubt. But after today I had a change of heart. I booked and kept an appointment for small box braids 1 month and 4 days ago. I paid a deposit and received my 9 hour service on the day of my appointment. The stylist was 30 minutes late, she took a few well deserved breaks, and the cost was $380. Three weeks after 3 braids fell out, last week 3 more fell out and about 4 more that feel like they are hanging on by a thread. When I contacted the business I was told I would need to book an appointment for $125 for three rows in front and two rows in back. IN A MONTH?!! No ma’am! I’ll try another place. 😳🙁
