Great people bad work. I went in looking to get an ombre platinum gray on top lightening down to whit at my ends....nope not what I left with my hair is now like a cherry blond at the ends and up top she lightened my roots and in the middle is a faded purple gray. I will never go back.

The first andlast time I went there, they said they could do curly hair so I allowed it. The lady who did my hair didn't know what the was doing and cut my hair like a boy cut and she barely understood English. She also used way too much heat that burnt my scalp. The next day I had to go to a barber shop so they can fix it and had to cut most of the curly parts of my hair that I didn't want to cut, and now I have lots of heat damage in the back of my head. I don't recommend this place to anyone with curly hair, people who can't handle lots of heat or people that can't speak Spanish.

The owner is very unprofessional and rude. I was told to call back in 1hr to check if they had an opening but I was in the area so I decides to stopped by the salon. OMG, I regret it ... she was so rude didn't even let me explain that I was in the area and decided to stop by instead of calling to check the availability. She kept giving me bad looks and did not let me explain that I was in the area. I left very unhappy and disappointed of her reaction as the salon owner. ************************************ Suggestions to the owner - IF YOU'RE HAVING A BAD DAY DON'T TAKE IT OUT ON THE PEOPLE THAT FEED YOU. WE CUSTOMER KEEP YOUR BUSINESS OPEN. DON'T FORGET THAT.

Always gets my hair color on point and my haircut good. Really sweet staff

Sonia personally is a liar a fraud and very unprofessional. she makes appointment for clients to then cancel them or refuse to see them. Her salon is always full of people who do nothing but sit around. People aren't wearing mask or following the COVID guidelines.
