Songbird Nails

Very nice and welcoming. I always come in with complicated design pictures (not on purpose, I just didn’t get what all had to be done to achieve the looks) and they nail it every time. All that said, what amazes me every time, the nails are applied so well that I can go 4 weeks without losing any of them. I don’t work in an office, and can’t always come in every 2 weeks. For my nails to stay in tact way past when they should have been filled is why I will not go anywhere else.

This is my very favorite nail place. Everyone is so nice. They even go the extra mile and remember your name and my mother‘s name. They remember special occasions when you talk about it. The services are top notch. The atmosphere is a spa like atmosphere. I love that. It is clean and well maintained. They use all the latest sanitizing efforts. My nails are always done with the highest quality. Whenever I ask for special effects, the staff gets clarification so that they understand exactly what I’m asking for. I’ve always gotten exceptional service and quality work. Thank you, everyone.

Terrible experience on February 13. I came in with bare nails for a full set and the set looked like it was thrown on with zero care or attention. The acrylic was nowhere near the cuticle and already looked grown out. One nail was noticeably longer than the others, and when I pointed it out, I was brushed off and told it was fine instead of actually fixing the sloppy work. Now the nails are already lifting, which tells me the application was cheap and rushed. On top of that, emphasizing the $100 price to me in a way that other clients weren’t spoken to felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I paid for a service and got subpar work and an uncomfortable experience. Do better. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants quality or respect.

Cleanest nail place I have ever been too. The workers and owner are incredibly eager to please. They make me feel so welcomed when I go in to have my nails done. I think they do an excellent job when I have a pedicure and manicure done.

I’ve visited this establishment several times hoping my experience would improve, but unfortunately, I’ve noticed concerning patterns in how customers are treated. On multiple occasions, it seemed like certain customers — particularly those who appeared to be people of color or who may not have looked affluent — were told there would be long wait times. However, shortly after they left, other customers were seated almost immediately. In addition, the level of greeting and customer service did not feel consistent for everyone, which came across as insincere and unwelcoming. I strongly believe businesses should treat all customers with the same level of respect and fairness. Judging people based on appearance can cause businesses to miss out on loyal customers and positive opportunities. I
