Somersworth Nails

I went in to get my nails done today this evening on Monday at 4:15 PM. I went in there and explained how my nails are different shapes sizes. They’re not all the same every time I go in there they’re always different looking and I explained how my nails should be the same shape on every nail and the same thickness and the same length all the sudden the owner Started yelling at me while she had a customer that she was doing her nails, embarrassed me in front of her told me if I didn’t like it then don’t bother coming back. The gentleman did my nails at the beginning which I had no problem with, but then he got up in the middle of doing my nails and stopped doing them because the owner she started being load & yelling at me and embarrassing me .Me telling me well if I don’t like this if I

Have zen gel 2 weeks ago and was told it wouldn’t damage my natural nails. Went to have them removed today and they ground them and most of my natural nails off, leaving chunks of gel and weakened nails. Charged $60 for destroyed nails. Never again.

Rushed, at first all nails a different shape. Had to ask my lady 3 times to fix the one square nail when the rest were round. My lady stopped doing my nails 5 or 6 times to call different people from her phone on speaker (which normally doesn’t bother me but she was clearly not paying attention) The design I wanted was very simple but apparently unachievable. Instead of using light blue she tried to water down dark blue with alcohol. Never put lotion on my hands and essentially just gave me a polish change for $45 dollars. Overall not completely unhappy with the outcome but the service was terrible. Will not be coming back.

i went here last minute with my little sister. we both got regular nail polish done. the person that did hers didn’t everything that was included maybe because she’s 10 years old , but the same price as mine. our nails were really wet from them overdoing the top coat. my nails were also filed on top of my nails and it looked scratched. not happy with the nails at all. i took the polish off because it didn’t look good at all. and my nails looks destroyed

I’ve used Somersworth Nails a handful of times due to it being the closest salon/usually relatively short wait to get in. I was never blown away by their work but nothing majorly wrong. After this last experience, I will likely not be going back. I went in 3 weeks after getting an acrylic fill (3 weeks prior to that I had gotten the initial set put on for a wedding). As the man removed the paint with the grinder, he continually burned/bumped the edges of my nail. He then said they were separating so we’d have to remove them. So he had me soak my fingers in acetone for 45 minutes while he did a pedicure. I opted to just go back to my natural nail since he had already torn apart my nails and nail bed, and I didn’t want to sit through getting a full set put back on. I wanted French, but he
