I used to absolutely love this Spa, but I feel like in the last few years it’s just become a very disorganized process. From booking to check out. The services are still great and I absolutely love the ladies I have seen to get my nails done and massage services. But with what’s supposed to be stress free, it very much is frustrating that booking and even check in/ out isn’t as smooth as it used to be.

Just needed to reschedule my massage because something important came up and then was accused of canceling and rescheduling appointments back in February and March by the male receptionist. I definitely never made an appointment in February or March to have canceled or rescheduled. This is upsetting considering I have a gift certificate from this place But the way I was just treated being a person that works in customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone at this point.

Amazing! A+! Chrissy did my daughter's hair, makeup, and nails for prom, and we couldn't be happier! She made it look like my daughter has tons of hair even though she only has a long bob (just about shoulder length). The up-do and makeup were done exactly as my daughter wanted and lasted the whole night. Chrissy listened to what my daughter had to say and encouraged her to give input throughout the entire process to make sure it was going in the direction she wanted. Chrissy is super sweet and made my daughter very comfortable from the start. I really can't say enough about the phenomenal job Chrissy did! HAIR EXTENSIONS! Chrissy did an amazing job adding hair extensions for my daughter. She helped her pick out two colors for a better blended and highlight/balayage effect my daughter wan

If I could give a negative 0 I would. These people are thieves. I called in a few weeks ago to schedule an for the 16 of this month which the person on the line told me they’ll have to take my card information just to hold the spot they won’t charge it or anything. A few days after before my appointment I receive a text message saying that they charge my card $296 when I didn’t even got the facial and have the audacity to tell me that I was charge because I didn’t show up for my appointment. Trust me do not give these people your information they will take your money without you knowing.
