I have been to soma three times in the last 60 days. I had two great experiences but the last one was not so great. I expressed my concern to the receptionist who was going to speak with the owner and circle back regarding a resolution. It’s been almost a week and there has been no follow up even though I’ve asked for an update regarding a resolution. The massage therapist talked consistently throughout her massage about her personal matters, which in moderation is fine as sometimes the exchange is enjoyable, but for almost the entire session there was talking to the point where my massage went over the allotted time. I’ve gotten a couple prenatal massages with Amanda and she is amazing. I’ve had massages in different countries, on the beach, etc. and they don’t compare to Amanda. She’s so gentle and for someone who has been having a painful pregnancy, this means everything. Best massage I’ve ever gotten !

Danielle and Amanda did a phenomenal job for our couples massage. Both of them were able to identify problematic areas and provide us with the relief we needed. All of the staff there were extremely nice and accommodating. We will be going back for our next massage.

The knowledge and skill level of the massage therapists at Soma is above and beyond. I booked a session to work out some tension ahead of a race and got THE BEST therapeutic massage from Chancey. I cannot believe how much. I've been here a couple times before and had wonderful couples massage experiences as well. Strongly recommend if you want an expert who will listen to your needs.

I scheduled a deep tissue massage but was given a myofascial release massage without my consent. The therapist insisted it would be better for my condition, but it ended up being the most painful massage I’ve ever experienced. No lotion or oil was used, making it feel like a rug burn. Despite repeatedly asking for less pressure, I was only offered brief 10-second breaks. At times, the pain was so intense that I was nearly coming off the table. I regret not stopping the session, but I kept hoping the pressure would change. My discomfort was obvious, yet it was ignored.
