1st,as soon as you walk in, you immediately feel a calming kinda vibe. Jena is amazing for both the mind and body. She is the real deal! I felt very at ease when talking with Jena. She has so much knowledge and was able to guide me in ways that actually work for me. I also received the most relaxing massage. Jena was able to release so much pressure from my shoulders and neck, and it didn't hurt. Looking forward to my next visit.

My session with Jena was incredible. I am a Somatic Touch Therapist and found myself, after a series of life changing events, dysregulated and trying so many things to regulate myself without success. I needed someone else to hold space for me and the release was emotional and liberating. I will be going weekly, as I encourage my clients to do for at least the first 4 weeks if possible. I was able to book Reiki and a massage. It was affordable and exactly what I needed. The location was easy to find with the GPS. Jena Weeks greeted me upon arrival. I am just starting with Jena and she is working on my frozen shoulder- In 2 sessions I have gotten alot of relief! it is a very comfortable environment. I plan on going weekly!!
