Solé Salon

I have had a facial, hair cut/color, a mani/pedi, and my son's hair cut by Paris at the salon over the last year. She is fantastic! She is extremely kind and patient. She is also very friendly and good at her job. I have zero complaints.

Unfortunately, I did not get the desired result in this salon. I came with a request to remove the split ends and make an even cut, instead the result is on the video. The salon did not make any compensation, even partial, they offered to return again, but where is the guarantee that the mistake will not be repeated? 2 points only for washing your head and having a pleasant conversation with me.

The pedicurist at Sole was inexperienced. The charge was $50 for polish change and nail cut/file. The "spa" pedi was $65. It is considered basic anywhere else. I certainly wondered about the cleanliness of the instruments. They were sitting in blue liquid. The footbowl was clear and the rust below was visible. I was looking for a good mani/pedi place in Benzie county. This is not the one.

Kaylee gave me beautiful highlights and hair cut. She took great time to help me pick out colors and tones.. The cut finished off a great morning and I made my next appointment with Kaylee before leaving

I originally booked classic manicures for my mother and I and Melissa offered us pedicures after the salon was closed. She was very attentive and made sure the music, temperature, and drinks were comfortable and available. She gave us the best French mani-pedi we have ever received. We will definitely be making the 3 hour drive just for her!
