I caught a Lyft there to purchase hair… and the place was closed however it’s says open online & also the open light sign was on light up…. Now once I tried to enter the doors was lock and a sign read please ring buzzer now I rang and rang… no avail…! Yes I’m oissed I could have lifted somewhere else that’s actually open without a door buzzer

Came to the store twice in one day. First time I was met at the door by a man smoking a cigarette saying the registers were down. Second time I came back, I bought what I needed only to get home and find out the product was obviously expired. I’ve been buying the same gel from other beauty supplies for years and yet this time, it was watery like expired gel. I tried to support black owned businesses but y’all really need to do better.

Perhaps all the 5 star reviews are from their friends….They have a very small selection of wigs and they were only selling wigs directly off the mannequin. Then the man that was attempting to “help” me kept trying to rush me to buy something and the wig that did catch my eye he picked it up & dropped it on the dirty floor and then tried to hand it to me to buy and it had literally trash/dust debris in it I guess I should have dusted it off. I left. Work on producing a bigger/better selection and maybe get some women up in there because that man with the accent just ain’t it….

Great customer service! Went here today 12-4-22 to get some short braiding hair. The owner knew exactly what I needed. He also told me because I just just finishing the head I wasn't gonna need all five packs because it's two bundles in each pack. Thank you, I definitely will be coming back to support this black owned business.
