Customer Reviews
My wife had really high hopes for this spot during our weekend getaway from the heat in the Salt Lake Valley. Man, what a disaster. As others have said, it was in a basement, not well ventilated, with drop ceilings. The fan that was theoretically there to help the lack of ventilation was never turned on. All in all, less of a “spa” look and more of a jail holding cell. The color was khaki. Rather than a peaceful arrival, as is customary in a relaxation environment, the woman at the front was yelling into the phone about some other reservation. Jarring. Truly. Then the massage dude comes out and “great, you’re my 11:00, come with me.” A “hello, how are you?” Would be nice. As for the massage, the guy was … ok … actually, not really. Very enjoyable. Not overly fancy, but the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I had a salt glow scrub followed by a 60 minute massage with extra fifteen minutes foot enhancement. Then I had a very nice facial with the scalp oil enhancement . It took about three and a half hours. Little pricey. But it was worth every penny.
If I could give zero I would. We had a spa day planned for a birthday and they called and canceled on us. They person who called could careless about ruining plans we had. I would not go here ever again. They don’t care. It’s sad
The spa itself is in a basement. The massage was mediocre, and was way overpriced. Nice people, but wouldn't repeat.
The spa is not elaborate, but I had a great sports massage with Tricia. Perfect end to a ski vacation.
