I've gotten my hair cut here several times! i love this place. I got hair extension here once too, they were very informative on where I should get them from, how to take care of them and how to remove them when I was ready! (granted the extensions them selves where bonded ones) It was great! they are always so friendly here!

Have had several massages here and they are Wonderful. The staff is very sweet and friendly. Second time I've gotten my haircut in Minot in two years and I'm sad to say it's one of the worst I've ever had. The gal was extremely nice and professional, but my bangs looks like they were hacked with a hedge trimmer and are Extremely short to say the least. Can hardly pin them back and there's absolutely nothing I can do to fix them except let them grow out. Asked for soft layers similar to what I already had - just a shorter length - and they are chunky and uneven :( Professionalism and customer service are great, but from my one time experience, and some of my friends' as well, I probably won't be getting a cut again there anytime soon.

I went to Solitude last week after trying almost every salon in Minot with no success. I had stylist Crystal. She is absolutely amazing. She talked to me the whole time, go to know me. She did exactly what I wanted. Gave me great tips on how to style my hair, and she made me feel so pretty. I walked out of that salon with more confidence :) Highly recommend this place! I love my new stylist.

The owner didn’t seem very friendly at all. I thought she was but she had argued with me about why my hair didn’t come out to a medium brown tint when the stylist and I have agreed to bump my roots up to a level 6 medium brown. She was pretty rude over the phone when I tried to come back in and get it done. I have specifically told my stylist that I DO NOT like my hair dark. Even when I was leaving the salon that day I got my hair done, I asked the stylist why my roots are still dark, what she used for my formula and if we can lift it lighter the next time I come back in and even she got offended and was arguing with me too! WTH! I didn’t want to be rude and sit there and complain to her that day so I left and planned on coming back few weeks later to get it the way I wanted the “lighter b

Solitude is the best salon in town. I have had bad experiences with other salons and this is the only one that I went to and LOVED my hair. The gals that work in there are all super nice and welcoming. The gal that I have been going to is completly honest and I really appreciate that. I also like that they over you a beverage and magazine while you wait, they treat their clients very well. I will never go to any other salon in Minot.
