Solidified Barbershop Fresno

I went in and was completely ignored. Still I signed in and sat patiently. A few minutes go by and a beautiful female walks in with her young son and sparked everyone’s attention. I get it , I decided to get up and walk out. It would have been my first time there. I’m sure by seeing how busy it was the shop is a good place for a haircut. Yet, I’ll pass and continue looking for a barber in the area.

We were in town and needed haircuts for my husband and son, so we stopped by Solidified Barbershop—and we’re so glad we did! They took them in right away with no wait, which was a pleasant surprise. The barbers immediately understood the styles they wanted and did an excellent job. Both cuts turned out great, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service and a welcoming atmosphere!

Very clean and Professional environment. They are very convenient as you are able to book online through an app. Barber Cinco gives the best kids haircuts in Fresno. He’s Very patient and kind. Hair cuts come out on point every time! 10/10 highly recommend.

I go to this place alot to get my haircut from my cousin that cuts my hair it's a really nice place and hope that more people should come here to get there cut

The first time I went there -- I believe it was the owner that cut my hair -- and he did a great job. The second time I went was on a Saturday afternoon, the place was completely empty, the employees were standing around the register area talking, and finally a 20-something girl with shoulder length dark-brown wavy hair (Ariel?) reluctantly said she'd cut my hair, but then complained to the other barbers that it was "their turn" but she would do it anyway. She then said "wait for a minute" while she cleaned up her area, which she could have done instead of gossiping with the other employees (there were no other customers); given her reluctance to work and cavalier attitude I decided to go elsewhere. Customer service does make a difference; I didn't especially want to have my hair messed up
