Don’t shop here! if I didn’t have to select a star, I wouldn’t rate them anything. I just received a very unpleasant experience. I purchased numerous of things, one of them being roll-on scent I got three of them. Two for myself and one for my son when I got to the car, I immediately checked my bag because I spent almost $400 worth of products and I wanted to make sure that everything on my receipt was in my bag. I immediately noticed that the roll-on scent that I purchased for my son was the wrong scent I picked up Bacharach and the one I had in my bag was Prada women. I immediately walked back in and they had just did a shift change. I explained to the lady what happened and I told her I just walked out one minute ago and I wanted to get the correct scent because the correct scent that I

Do not shop here! Bad customer service ! I purchased a new brand of lashes the light purple ienvy pack and all the lashes fell off the string before i could use them. I politely asked if i could exchange or refund them and she said no it’s my fault. So if something malfunction no matter what they will not replace it! I hate giving these people my money I’ll never shop here again ! And I’m telling everybody

The customer service from the cashier was terrible. I asked a simple question about the card reader and i received attitude. I immediately told her to keep the product took my card out the reader and preceeded to walk out the door. I then here her say, i am tired of these customer. I said mam, i asked you one question. I then said, i will pray for you, she then says don't pray for me, and start calling me a demon. The manager stood there the entire time and said nothing. I then asked to speak with her and she said, it did escalate and that she will talk to her. She did apologize. However, I seriously doubt she will as she didn't say anything when it occured.

I've been shopping here for over a year now. The employees have been helpful and kind. They always have what I need. I really enjoy coming to this store.

I’ve been a frequent shopper here for years. I missed the 14 day return by 1 day. I explained to woman working that I had been ill. She would not accept return. I am highly disappointed.
