I had an incredible massage today. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The therapist Jordan was attentive, intuitive, and really listened to what my body needed ..especially the tension I’ve been carrying in my shoulders and jaw. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely refreshed. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

I was in dire need of a massage after pulling both my right quad and left glute in the same week playing pickleball. Desperately called about 4 places before finally finding Solely who was able to get me in for a 90-minute same-day. Gregory did a great job and listened to my needs. He was able to get the knots out of my glute and my right quad is feeling much better as well. I also requested hot stone work and was incredibly happy Gregory was able to incorporate the hot stones into the therapy. I can tell he has a lot of sports injury experience and was very knowledgeable about which muscles affect which when injured or strained.
