Sole' Nail Spa

Rory was my technician and he did an amazing job! When I first came in to my appointment, I was warmly greeted by him. He made sure I was comfortable my entire pedicure. On top of gently removing my gel polish from a prior pedicure, he was meticulous in my cuticle care, leg/foot massage, and painting of my nails. I was able to relax in my massage chair with jazz playing softly in the background. I found my new nail salon while being in the city. Thanks again Rory for everything! I’m looking forward to my next visit 😊

If i could give this place a ZERO star review, I would! This was by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had — and it was painful. The owner, Roy, did my nails and cut me twice during the service. I left with uneven, sloppy nails and open cuts, which means I now have to wait for them to heal before I can even go anywhere else to get them fixed. I was too shy to speak up while I was there, but I went home upset, in pain, and completely dissatisfied. After looking at other reviews, I found I’m not the only one who has had issues here — and when I contacted the salon about what happened, they refused to refund me. This was supposed to be a relaxing, pampering experience — instead, it was stressful, painful, and unsafe. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This is my second visit with Na’Shay and both were great. She takes her time and listens to what you need. The entire staff was nice and answered any questions I had.

I went in yesterday for a French pedicure. The technician was careful with the polish and checked with me multiple times to make sure I liked it, which I appreciated (she did great). However, I did not notice until I got home that there was still a noticeable amount of dead skin on my heels and the bottoms of my feet. I called today to explain the issue, and the man who answered seemed dismissive. He asked what I was trying to say and whether I had paid extra to have dead skin removed. In my experience, basic exfoliation and cleaning are standard parts of a pedicure, and this has always been included at other salons. I had an absolutely wonderful manicure and pedicure experience at Sole Nail Spa. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine kindness that immediately made me feel welcome and relaxed. As a visitor from Ohio, I truly appreciated how attentive and efficient the staff was—everything flowed smoothly without ever feeling rushed. Even though I was using a Groupon, I was treated with the same care and respect as any other guest, which speaks volumes about their professionalism. The entire experience was calming, feel-good, and thoroughly enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and grateful for such warm hospitality.
