This place was decent, they took great care of my hair and was nice. But after going a few times, they either would never pick up their phone calls or would just say they'll call me back, but never did. I stopped going to this place because I'm not stressing myself to make an appointment. Unfortunately, haven't been back since.

The shampoo girl did not shampoo my hair correctly. While she was washing my hair I was being very attentive. I noticed she was only scrubbing my scalp and not lathering the rest of my hair. I tried to give her time to wash it (she was probably getting to it). But she was about to apply conditioner. I let her know she did not wash my hair so she went to wash it again and did the same thing. I then went under the dryer and she blowdried my hair. There was no smell coming from my hair (because she half-washed it). The stylist then styled my hair and was done. The next morning when I got out of the shower and removed my shower cap, scarf, and hair bonnet there was a bad smell coming from my hair. It was because she had not washed my hair properly. I had to cancel my plans for the day and stay

My daughter came in for first time for twist out. Kennedy did excellent job on her hair. She loves it!!

Amazing salon BUT they never answer the phone when you call to make an appointment. I've been calling for over a week and no one answers the phone. This happened a couple of months ago too, the last time I took my braid out & and was trying to get my hair done for an occasion. Love the atmosphere & the vibe of the salon but they really need to figure out a better system for appointments. Whether its online or call back or by simply answering the phones.

I called on a Friday leaving my name, number, and the type of style I wanted. I did not receive a return call on Saturday, which was fine. Actually, I called early enough on Friday for a return call. However, by Tuesday, I still did receive a call, so I called again. This time someone answered. I explained I wanted to make an appointment. I was told I needed to have a consultation. I said I would probably be there within the hour. She said fine. I arrived and the door was locked and no bell. I called to let her know I was there. I am writing this review the following day, and I have not received a return call. We talk of supporting Black businesses, so I hope this review is seen as a positive criticism to fix what is cracked or broken. In this day of technology, there is no excuse
