Solar Nails & Spa

Made an appointment for 10:30 for three people. 2 mani and 1 pedi. They started on the pedi and took about 45 minutes to start on one of the pedicures. At 11:15 they asked me to come to a chair and at that point they’ve already ran so late I didn’t have time to even get mine. They moved a different lady to where they were going to sit me and by the time we left they still hadn’t even started on her. There were two ladies that came in way after me and they started on them before ever even asking me. The lady didn’t apologize when I told her I didn’t have time now to do them. She just walked off saying nothing. The man at the front did apologize and the man doing my nieces nails do too. The “massage” my mom got was basically her just slapping on lotion. She didn’t paint all the way on my mom

Second time visiting, my tech was fantastic, super polite, and nailed (pun intended) my design requests! Although, today I had to wait almost an hour even though I had an appointment. I get techs can get behind. Would have rather been told to come back if it was more than a 20 minute wait, but overall a wonderful salon. Definitely will be making this my regular spot!

Had the most wonderful time. The ladies who did my daughters and my toes were the best!!! We will definitely be back!!

Wife went in to get dip powder nails, the chick who did them did not use the dip at all and instead did acrylic nails. She showed the chick that one of her nails had a bubble and the chick did nothing to fix it. Terrible experience. Would not recommend anyone to go there to get any sort of service done.

I like having holiday nails just for fun and i feel comfortable having my nails done in solar. They've got nice people working in that salon. Better arrange an appointment to avoid waiting.
