I went to spend a bunch of money, I got a pedicure and a manicure. I got a pedicure first, the nail polish on my toes wasn’t great. They half assed did my nail polish. Then when I got to do my manicure, the male that did the acrylic’s was fast about the process. Didn’t take his time to Check to see if he did a good job or not, didn’t ask if I liked it, and didn’t care to listen to what I had to say. My left pinky nail was crooked, there was bubbles or the powder dried underneath my nail. The man doing my nails didn’t even check for hang nails and push my cuticles down before starting and after he was done, he didn’t brush the powder off my nails after I washed them and they finished the design, there is powder behind my nails. Received a gift certificate, so excited to try a new place that someone else liked enough to give a gift certificate. Went there after work with no wait, which was great. Uncertain how much experience my nail technician had because she had to make multiple trips to get things. As she was using the grinder to remove my old gel, she was pressing so hard that it stopped the wheel from spinning multiple times. She commented that it wouldn't hurt me, but after multiple places on multiple toenails were bleeding, I wasn't really believing her and she seemed a little shocked that I was bleeding. I should have stopped and left, but wanted my nails done and not sure when I would have time later, so I let her continue. She went for lotion, and another worker came and took half of it from her. This took 1 hour and 42 minutes from start to finish. It took 1 hour for the girl to take my SNS off. Wound up charging me $40 for this. I finally had to leave after the thumb was “ fixed” two times. The people are me were knocking customers out but this girl that i had was extremely slow…the owners walked up the chair i was sitting at several time. After asking the girl how long she’s been doing nails she said “ 6 months”. Somebody should’ve helped her

I had a wonderful pedicure experience here. Very attentive and a lot of attention to detail. I was told to sit down and I guess the lady had an attitude or something. I guess she didn't want to do an indigenous woman's nails. Come for a pedicure. Nails are trash

Squeezed me in on my lunch break and did not disappoint. Short ombré dark pink and white. Love them!
