I went in for a full medium length set and pedicure and the tech just begun chopping. I’m usually a trust the process type of person and truly, if the nails were on point I would have let the length issue go. I just feel paying 160 something for a set of nails with no design or additional shaping needed was extremely high combined with the fact I received medium short nail’s. It’s by far not the worse situation if you don’t mind ok nails. I’ve just had actual styles done for this price with legit medium length nails for the price I paid for these. Needless to say I won’t go back but I guess it just depends on how picky you are about your nails. S/n photo of nails is after almost two weeks.

I recently had my nails done by Emily. She is so detailed, friendly & fast. I’ve been coming here for years & the owner, her daughter & all staff are all wonderful. The atmosphere is relaxing & clean. I moved to Covington a year ago & cannot find a nail salon as good as this one.

Clean place. Friendly staff. My mom and I have been going here for years. Emily is my normal nail tech, and she’s absolutely amazing. Very thorough. Does an amazing job. Amazing foot/leg massage with pedicure. I’ve also been to other nail techs there, while she was out of town, and they were great too! You really can’t go wrong here. Lots of color selections too! This is the only place my mom and I go to! Reasonable prices for quality of work they do!

It’s very difficult for me to leave this review because the lady that did my pedicure did such an amazing job. She went above and beyond for me to feel pampered. When it comes to my nails, the tech that did them was kind, but my experience felt rushed. The nails came out sloppy and very chunky on the tips. She had smeared the polish in three of my nails that by the time she told me that she was all done I took a look and mentioned it to her that some of the nails were smeared. She tried to play it off by saying that “it’s just a little bit” and I said that I understood that but I am paying for this service and so she re-did all three nails. Well today marks 6 days since I got my nails done and 3 of my nails broke off already. I am very dissatisfied with the quality, and the pricing. Whe

Absolutely the best nail job I’ve ever had done! The dip turned out so well and they did many layers of dip. They treated my older mom very well and she loved her pedicure as well! We got nails and feet done.
