I would leave zero stars if that was a possibility. I went in for dip on my natural nails and a pedicure. I needed 2 tips on both of my pinky’s since my natural nails had broke. The technician I went to see told me she doesn’t do tips but would have someone else in the salon put on tips for me and she would take care of the rest. I thought that was weird and never experienced that before and I’ve had dip done several times at other salons. Usually it’s a matter of prepping the nail properly, gluing the tip on and buffing it out as a natural nail and then do the dip the same as the other nails. Why don’t you do tips? But okay, I brushed it off as this is not my profession and I can only go based off my experiences in the past with this service. Well the technician (who I think is the owner)

My first experience here was over 5 years ago and it was a horrible one. I decided to give them another shot. Low and behold, still awful. In SIX days after getting a dip manicure this is what has happened to my nails. I will never go back and would never recommend anyone going here. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This was my first time there. They had a sign on the door “appointment only” but they still took me as a walk in. They told me to go over to the wall and pick out a gel polish color. The lady who ended up doing my nails 💅🏻 came over and helped me choose a color….everyone was so friendly and talkative. My nails look great. She did an superb job on my manicure!! Did I mention that her adorable Chihuahua CoCo is there! He gave me lots of kisses and sat on my lap.

Everyone was so nice and sweet, I didn't know exactly what I wanted and they where happy to help. If you want to talk they'll talk if you want to sit quiet on your phone like me they'll let you do that as well. Definitely recommend. So many colors and options to choose from as well as designs being options very realistic with you.

i asked them nicely to do an extra coat of the glitter polish (that i was most likely charged extra for) and they ignored me three times😢 so i didn’t ask again, plus my nails as you can see were very bulky and the glitter is see through. this was probably 80 dollars, a huge waste. and they charged extra for white or pink nails? umm what is the reason. 2 stars for being nice! :) my nails were the ugliest out of my friends so maybe not everybody’s experience is as bad, but overpriced, for sure.
