Very friendly staff, Julie is very friendly and knowledgeable. Please know the risks of UV tanning and Solar Escape has plenty of very chic UV Free options for your glow up. Also they have teeth whitening. The place is very clean and looks like a Manhattan lounge and they provide non-alcoholic drinks. The only downside - which is a White Plains issue - is parking. You can find free parking after 8 pm and some places on Sundays and holidays. I don't think the White Plains businesses have much control over parking, which sucks, as there are so many nice places.

If you're looking for great service and a clean salon, this is not the place to go. Honestly, I'd give this tanning salon 0 stars if I could. The beds were sometimes not fully cleaned, and there was a roach crawling on the floor in one of the rooms while I was tanning. The entire salon for the most part is dirty / grimy, so that's probably why everything is painted black, so you can't see all the gunk on the floors...very unsanitary. The staff always had a million of their friends or boyfriends in there taking up space, so it was annoying having to check in with all these young kids around. My sister tried cancelling her account and they never did for months and kept charging her. Been coming here for 4 years. Great experience every time. Well stocked lotions, bulbs regularly changed. Low staff turnover. Reliable hours. Free drinks, candy and hair ties are a plus!

Very nice place. Nice touch of complementary snacks and drinks. I've never had to wait for a bed so I never took advantage of the free items but I always thought that was very nice of them to offer. The girls I met were nice and helpful. The deals they offer are great as well. I like the layout of this location better than the one in I think Eastchester, but they were both very efficient and welcoming. [Just a word to management, as a clean freak visiting your shops, please check all possible points of contact when cleaning. People are animals and touch anything and everything with their dirty hands and bodies. Please ensure all the handles, mirrors, floors, lights, music stations, and trash bins are clean from lotion/hand prints/butt prints. This is the cleanest salon I've been to, but so
