Love this space and classes offered. Instructors are welcoming and super helpful to the newbies. Classes are challenging, music is great and space is clean! 🙌🏼

I loved it! The owners are so kind and welcoming, there’s customers of all ages and the Barre class I attended was very easy to follow. It’s not a class where you’d need to go a bunch to have the reps memorized in order to keep up. It’s a great smooth and slow pace with good (not harsh or intense) music. Plus you can do the class without barre socks and fit right in 👍🏼also the space is beautiful, clean and relaxing
