I feel terrible for leaving a bad review but for a $300.00 I should walk away happy. Salon 222 -Jessica C. Died my hair orange. I did say when coming in that I wanted the same thing I had just the outgrowth taken care of. I walked in with natural dirty blonde/brown hair with grey running through. No red, no auburn! A very cool base which is what goes with my skin tone. Orange does not complement my skin ton at all. After a lengthy discussion where she blamed me multiple times for not knowing exactly what my previous stylist did she said she can’t do anymore for me. I’ll say it again, for $300.00 there should be some kind of customer satisfaction. There are far more experienced stylists out there not charging (or should I say over charging) clients. Think twice.

Too bad there is not a 0 star cause this is A&L salon. I can't say anything good about this place! No conversation with me or the lady before me or the other girl getting her done by the other worker. Never in my life have I paid $186 to have my hair done! I will let the world know that Lauren needs to stop scamming her clients!, $37 for a "cut" when you did less than a trim! $ 30 for a tip that you succeed in scamming by not showing me the breakdown screen,! Asked to refund $60, and she threatens to call the authorities if I cause a scene. My fault for not asking to see the breakdown of charges, but no WAY in hell would I give you a $30 tip!!! 2 years or less of experience and thinks she works on rodeo drive, and did not do the color I wanted and proceeded to argue with me about

Excellent choice for Brazilian waxes. Very friendly. Very good results. The ex enjoyed it, and I was happy to have given them business and further recognition.
