So, this building is a collection of salon studios, but I specifically went to Salon SLS and saw Laura Moreno. She was incredible. I went in being way overdue for a cut and style and wanted to shake things up with a shorter cut as I had really messy but straight long hair. I wanted something akin to an asymmetrical bob of sorts, and after talking with her about what I wanted and getting her expertise on what to do, we ended up doing an asymmetrical lob cut. It was astounding, I never thought my hair could look this good above shoulder length and while I was nervous about getting it all cut off, she executed it perfectly. All natural sugaring in suite 13 was an amazing experience. I will never go back to hard wax. Colleen was professional and kind. Her studio is super clean and well organized. Whenever I drive down from New Jersey I will definitely be booking with her!

Do not go to Salon SLS for a balayage or babylight if you have dark hair. This is the second appointment I had with Sam. After giving her the benefit of the doubt following a mediocre first session, I left again even more disappointed, not just by the results but her customer service. My hair is streaky, brassy, and damaged. When I tried to come to a resolution with she, instead of being understanding and professional, she was degrading. In business in general, people are supposed to get used to having uncomfortable conversations with their clients sometimes. How people react to these kinds of conversations speak volumes about how they run their business.
