Suite 3: Ultra Shape Body and Face lacks professionalism and appropriate customer services in response to their mistakes. I traveled over 40 miles for an appointment with this facility and spoke with a representative by the name of "Erin". My appointment was for 5:30 pm and the location had a sign to wait due to there being a treatment in progress. After time passed into my appointment time, I called the facility to have an understanding of the wait time since I was not contacted. Erin informed me that she called me once in the morning and left a voicemail saying my appointment was canceled on the same day. Sola salon studios is a great place to go for hair cuts, styling, pedicures, manicures, massages, and all kinds of skin treatment and products. I always come here to get my hair done about once a month or so and this place is always clean and tidy and everyone is friendly. Christina does my hair and she is the best. I recommend coming here to get your hair done or any kind of hair and facial treatments.
