I just wanted to share my experience as a tenant of Sola Salons. I am currently renting a suite in the Sola Salons 1 and I want to encourage any inspiring artists to take the leap and invest in yourself. Sola is a great place to do this. I stayed and managed a hair salon for 15 years and I thought I would die there, never leave. One day something clicked in me and I decided to leave and I didn’t have a plan. I came to the realization that I actually need to make a living, unfortunately we need money for that! I contacted Sola Salons through their website, which was very easy to do. I was contacted promptly by Wendy (leasing manager), who is an absolute doll! She was very accommodating and flexible meeting me and showing me the business and the available suites. I have leased my Sola studio for over 5 years. I will tell you that it has been the best decision I have made in totality of my career. Very appreciative to have my own slice of heaven to do what I love most to do. The owners of Sola Modesto/Stockton are amazing to lease from.

I am a professional Braider and Stylist at the Sola Suites Modesto and my experience from the beginning has been nothing more than perfect! The owners are amazing and make renting a suite here stress-free and as accommodating as possible.
